We are an Australian based company and ALL orders to Australian addresses are delivered for FREE.
If your order is over $99 it will automatically be upgraded to free express shipping.
Orders placed by 1pm AEST Monday – Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will dispatch the following day.
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Adelaide, South Australia. We use a variety of providers to deliver orders including Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway and Startrack. Unfortunately we aren’t able to offer you a choice but we select the fastest method available to your area.
Express shipping is available on Australian orders under $99 for a flat fee of $5.00. Orders over $99 will automatically be upgraded to free express delivery.

Coronavirus Update: We are operating as normal, orders are dispatched daily from our warehouse in Adelaide. However Australia Post and our courier companies have advised that some delivery times have been extended due to the challenges presented by coronavirus. In particular, reduced domestic flights mean in some instances parcels are taking longer to travel between states. You will be able to keep track of your parcel via your tracking information that is emailed to you. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email us at info@o2wear.com.
When you place your order we'll email you an order confirmation containing your tax invoice. A second email will be sent when your order is dispatched containing any relevant tracking information. A packing slip without pricing will be included in your delivery.
Looking to track your order of bamboo goodies? When your order is dispatched you’ll receive a shipping notification and in here will be a link to your tracking ID. Single item orders of tops, leggings or underwear are not trackable online.

Orders are dispatched daily from our base in Adelaide, Australia.
All international orders shipped to countries outside of mainland Australia our mailed with DHL Express. Your shipping notification with online order tracking will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
