Returns & Exchange

We hope you will love your new bamboo base layers but we understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right so we are happy to offer 30 day returns and exchange on all items except underwear. Unfortunately we don't currently offer returns/exchange on undies due to hygiene reasons.

To begin a return or exchange you'll need your 6 digit order ID number which you can locate at the top of you purchase confirmation email or in your parcel on the packing slip, enter the 6 digit number only. You'll also need to enter the email address you used to make your purchase. You'll then see the items from this order appear on screen and you can select those that you wish to return. If you'd like to return some for a refund and others for an exchange, you will need to create two returns, one for the items to be refunded, and then begin the process again for the exchange items (you can post them back together).

If you are seeking an exchange, describe the items you'd like to exchange for in the comment box provided. If there are any issues with stock availability etc we'll be in touch. 

Once your request is lodged, you'll receive a reply email from us with your RMA returns number, the details for packaging and posting back your item(s) along with our return shipping address. Don't forget to include the RMA (or your order ID) on the parcel when you return it so we can identify your return request.

If you aren't able to use the returns portal, get in touch here and we can email you a paper version of the form to be printed and included with your return parcel.

Exchange

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase (underwear excluded). Garments must be unworn and returned in their original condition. We will happily repost the replacement at no cost to you, we stand by our free delivery promise, however we are unable to cover the shipping cost of the item returned to us. We will post the replacement item once the original has been received at our end.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (underwear excluded). Garments must be unworn and in their original condition. We offer full refunds but do not cover the postage costs on returns. We will refund the purchase price in full using the method of payment that was used to purchase the item once we have received it. Please allow several days for the refund to appear on your statement.
