We are confident that you will love your new bamboo clothes but as avid online shoppers ourselves, we understand that sometimes things arrive and they're just not quite what we're after so we are happy to offer an exchange or refund on all our items (except underwear). 

Exchange

We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase (underwear excluded). Garments must be unworn and returned in their original condition. We will happily repost the replacement at no cost to you, we stand by our free delivery promise, however we are unable to cover the shipping cost of the item returned to us. We will post the replacement item once the original has been received at our end.

Please contact us first for an 'Exchange Authorisation Form' to enclose in the envelope with your items.

 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase (underwear excluded unless faulty). Garments must be unworn and in their original condition. We offer full refunds but do not cover the postage costs on returns. We will refund the purchase price in full using the method of payment that was used to purchase the item once we have received the item. Please allow several days for the refund to appear on your statement.
