What methods of payment do you accept? 
You can pay for your bamboo clothing at the checkout using Mastercard, Visa or PayPal. Unfortunately we cannot accept American Express, Diners, Cheques or Cash.
Do I have to have an account to make an order? 
No you do not need to log in or create an account to make a purchase. We aim to make your bamboo clothing shopping experience quick and easy. If you have any customer care issues, you can contact us personally and we can resolve any issues. However you will be given the opportunity to create an account at checkout if you wish.
Where do you ship to? 
O2wear will ship internationally to a range of countries including USA, UK, Canada, NZ and a number of others which are available at checkout. Within Australia, standard delivery is free. View shipping rates for other destinations at our Shipping page.
Do you sell gift vouchers? 
Yes, we sell gift vouchers! You can find them on the Gift Certificates page.
My item is a gift, are prices displayed on the clothes? 
No. There are no pricing labels on O2wear bamboo clothing. When you place your order, you will receive the tax invoice by email and there won't be any pricing inside the packaging.
My item is a gift, do you gift wrap?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping and gift cards, free of charge. At checkout please select the 'gift wrapping' option and include any gift card message in the comments section when entering your payment details.
What can I do if I want to change my order?  
If you want to make a change to your order, please contact us. See Exchanges and Returns for more information .
How are items packaged?
O2wear bamboo products come packaged in flexible light weight pouches ideal for squeezing into letter boxes.
How much is postage? 
Postage is FREE for all Australian orders, no minimums. We also offer Australia Post express postage for $5 (FREE for orders over $100). For information and rates to New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada and the rest of the world, view our Shipping page.
How long will it take to receive my order? 
All bamboo clothing orders will be dispatched from our office in Adelaide, South Australia within 24 hours. Postage will then take 3-6 business days within Australia for regular parcel delivery. International orders are shipped by airmail and generally arrive within 10 working days. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
Do you offer next day delivery? 
We offer Australia Post Express Delivery for $5 (FREE for orders over $100). We cannot guarantee next day delivery as the timing is determined by Australia Post. Please see our Shipping page for more information.
What delivery method do you use?  
O2wear ships all bamboo clothing orders through Australia Post Parcel Delivery. International orders are sent via Australia Post International Airmail service. You are not required to sign on delivery, however we do encourage delivery to business addresses to ensure you receive your order quickly and safely.  Please see our Shipping page for more information.
Do you post to international addresses?
O2wear will arrange for delivery to any location worldwide. All international orders are sent via Australia Post International Airmail service. Please see our Shipping page for international postage rates and more information.
What is your returns policy? 
We hope that you are very happy with your O2wear bamboo clothing purchase, but sometimes shopping online can be difficult and you may want to make a return. We offer simple full purchase price returns on unworn items with original packaging (underwear exluded). Please view our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
How do I return something if I need to? 
First send us an email and we'll provide you with a 'Return Authorisation Form'. Post this form along with the items back to us and we'll refund your money in full. Please refer to our full Returns & Exchange terms, or contact us directly.
Can I exchange an item? 
Yes we are happy to exchange an item at no cost within 30 days (underwear exluded). Please refer to our full Returns & Exchange terms, or contact us directly.
What is your return address? 
Our return address is available on Returns & Exchange page, but please let us know first if you're going to return an item. We'll provide you with a 'Return Authorisation Form' (which also details the return address).
How will I know you have refunded me?  
Once we have received the returned item, we will process a refund on to the card used to make the purchase. We will notify via email once this had been done, however please allow several days for it to appear on your statement. 
Do you have a size guide? 
Sizing for O2wear bamboo fibre camisoles, tanks, tees and leggings are available on our Sizing Guide.
I am pregnant, do you sell maternity wear?  
We don't currently sell maternity wear as such, however our leggings, camisoles, tops and tees are very stretchy and the bamboo fibre feels great against the skin so you may find them suitable in a larger size.

How do I wash bamboo clothing? 
O2wear bamboo clothing is very easy care. A cold machine wash is all that is required. For more details, please view our Product Care page.
Where are O2wear bamboo clothes made? 
We are an Australian company that designs all our products here in Australia. We source the bamboo fibre from China, where it is grown and then processed in to garments. We have personally visited the factory where we source our products from in China. Read more about us, bamboo clothing or see our links and resources page.
What fabrics does O2wear use? 
Our current range of bamboo clothing uses viscose from bamboo, organic cotton and spandex. Bamboo fibre is an enviromentally friendly crop due to the organic and sustainable way in which the bamboo plant is grown. What is bamboo fibre? 
Bamboo fibre is a viscose made from bamboo. Bamboo is grown in plantations where it is then harvested and processed in to a fibre used to make fabric. Read more about Bamboo Clothing and Bamboo Fibre or view our collection of bamboo clothing
Is bamboo clothing organic? 
Bamboo is an environmentally friendly crop. It requires very little water - no irriagation and can grow organically without the need for pesticides, fertilisers or pesticides due to its unique properties. Read more about Bamboo Fibre.
Is bamboo fibre enviromentally friendly? 
Bamboo is a very environmentally friendly crop, particularly in comparison to water intensive crops like cotton. While bamboo fibre does require a chemical process to turn the harvested crop in to the fibre, our products are certified with the Okeo-Tex Standard 100 meaning no residual chemicals are present in the manufactured fabric. Read more about Bamboo Clothing and Bamboo Fibre
Are bamboo products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, our garments are Australian designed and O2wear is an Australian owned business based in Adelaide, SA.
What information do you collect?  
The only details we collect are gathered on the payment page and our required to process your order. We do not disclose these to any 3rd parties. Please view our Privacy Policy.
Is your site secure?
We have your security covered. Our online security procedure is best practice. We have an SSL certificate which encrypts data for transferring sensitive information. We are partnered with Braintree (a PayPal company) and the National Australia Bank who process our payments. When you enter the payments page you will see the browser will now say https:// rather than http:// The 's' denotes that it is a secure page. You should also see a locked padlock, usually displayed at the end of the Web address.
